Introduction to SOCIAL STYLE™
Virtual or In Person
This 8-hour course offers an in-depth introduction to the SOCIAL STYLE™ Model by TRACOM, designed to enhance interpersonal effectiveness in the workplace. Participants will explore the four SOCIAL STYLEs – Driving, Expressive, Amiable, and Analytical – and learn how to identify and adapt to different styles for improved communication and collaboration. The course emphasizes the concept of Versatility, teaching participants how to adjust their behavior to make others more comfortable. Aimed at professionals across various roles, this training is essential for fostering a more productive and harmonious work environment.
